Coordination Services
- Assistance with timeline creation to take to vendors when searching for quotes
- Always available for questions received from potential vendors and yourself when planning
- Finalizing logistics and your details: putting it all on paper and organizing it to see what is missing.
- Confirm vendors
- Create an ‘Event Order’ that has all the details in one document for you to review and approve
- Main point of communication for your vendors and bridal party
- Setup Decorations (decorations must be organized and ready to set)
- Communicate with bridal party in order of events
- Cake cutting services
- Distribute vendor payments and gratuities
- Pack up decor at end of the event, ready for you to take with you by end of rental
Day Of:
- Food service or handling (with the exception of cake cutting- this does not include cake/dessert setup)
- Food cleanup - plan to have someone clean up and pack up food (appetizers, dinner, dessert)
- Floral arranging (any florals, need to be handled by florist or designated person)

The Log River Ranch Venue turned out to be the best decision we made for the wedding. The scenery was beautiful, but Karlee and Austin were the highlight! There is so much stress that goes into planning a wedding, but the second we got to Chama, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They foresaw every need, and made sure the timeline flowed without any bumps. Karlee listened to everything I wanted, and somehow managed to create a wedding and reception that was better than I could’ve imagined! Forever thankful to have had my wedding at LRR.

Not only was the venue absolutely stunning for our special day, but Karlee and the Log River Ranch team were so personable, welcoming, and detail oriented. They fully took care of all wedding day details- from the caterers, to the photographer, to the decorations, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without any extra stress. Our guests were also very happy with the hotel/lodge accommodations recommended by the team. I highly recommend!

When we first started looking at venues, Log River Ranch instantly sold us. The process of talking to Karlee was so simple and perfect. When we needed vendors; BAM, she delivered. When we needed unique help with our wedding; BAM, she was right there texting us with multiple ways and solutions. When we got to the venue and cabin the day before the wedding, Karlee ran everything as smooth as butter and kept it quick and simple for our rehearsal.
