Two weeks later, the signed contract and $3,000 is due. $500 deposit is required for cabin rental
Final balance is due one month before the event along with the final headcount
Event Liability Insurance is required, refundable security deposits will be added to the final balance. See contract for more details
Booking Policy
A bartending fee is added when alcohol is at event. If your group size is larger than 75, we require a second bartender at an hourly rate.
We prefer beer, wine, and batch cocktails only, but can accommodate a full service bar if requested. If a full-service bar is requested, an additional bartender will be required at an hourly rate. You bring the alcohol to us, Log River Ranch will serve all alcohol.
